General Instructions, Artwork & Ordering Information

 

Through this site you have the ability to enter your order online. Please note that to complete an online order, you must include a valid email address and credit card information. The site is fully secure to protect your credit card data. If you do not wish to provide payment information online, please fell free to call us at 800-316-0868. We endeavor to process orders as soon as we receive them. Should you have any questions about your order or have any changes that must be made, please call us immediately or email us at mailto:gorec@charter.net.

1. SHIPPING & PAYMENT:  YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE BILLED UNTIL YOUR ORDER SHIPS! Credit card information must be entered to complete the online order process. The shipping and sales tax information provided as you complete the checkout process is only an estimate. We reserve the right to over or undership the quantities ordered by 10%. Because of this and a range of shipping locations and product weights, your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.

2. SALES TAX:  Sales tax will be added to all shipments to Texas. If you are purchasing items for resale or are a nonprofit organization, please advise us in Special Instructions when you place your order. Send us a copy of your Texas Resale or Tax-exempt Certificate. We will need a copy of that form before your order ships or we will be obligated to charge sales tax.

3. IMPRINT INFORMATION:  Upon checking out after selecting your products, you will find prompts to enter imprint information. You can enter up to 6 lines of imprint. If you want to include a logo or graphic, depending on the product, it may have to take the place of 1 or 2 lines. Please note that the imprint information you enter will appear on each imprinted product you have ordered. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE DIFFERENT IMPRINTS APPEAR ON DIFFERENT PRODUCTS, PLEASE ENTER THE DIFFERENT PRODUCTS AS A NEW ORDER OR DESCRIBE FULLY IN THE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS. If you complete an order without entries for an imprint, we will assume that you want your product(s) unimprinted!

4. PRODUCT GUARANTEE:  We unconditionally guarantee all the products we ship. If you have any problem with any item, call us at 800-316-0868 or email us at mailto:gorec@charter.net within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please be sure to carefully check your order when you receive it. The normal shelf life of most pens is about 1 year. We cannot replace pens without charge if your order was over a year ago.

5. NOTE ABOUT OVERSHIPS and SPLIT SHIPMENTS:  Please note that your order may not ship in the exact quantity you requested. You may receive up to 10% more or less than what you ordered. If you order multiple products, it is likely that parts of your order may be shipped separately.

6. PRODUCT ATTRIBUTES:  Many of our products require choices such as colors or styles. We call them product attributes. Be sure to remember to make these choices when selecting your products.

7. CUSTOMER ACCOUNT INFORMATION:  When you check out for an order, you will be prompted to login as a customer. You may skip this login if you desire. Logging in as a customer is strictly a convenience item for you. It allows us to maintain your billing and shipping information so that you will not have to reenter it again when placing a future order. Please note that no credit card information is saved during this process.

8. ARTWORK:  Should your imprint require a logo or graphic, clean, sharp, black & white lineart will be required. Note it in the Special Instructions and email the artwork as an attachment to mailto:gorec@charter.net. We prefer PC/Windows files. Acceptable formats are Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps), Adobe Photoshop (.eps or .tif), or Corel Draw (.cdr). There is no charge for artwork sent in an acceptable format. Time spent to clean up or modify artwork will be billed at $25.00 per hour.

9. TOOLS, DIES & SCREENS:  Tool and die charges are service fees and payment for such fees do not constitute ownership. All dies and materials required to manufacture an order shall remain the property of GO Recognition Concepts. Custom dies will not be used for any other customer. In the event there are no reorders for a period of 3 years, we reserve the right to dispose of dies.

10. COPYRIGHTS & TRADEMARKS:  GO Recognition Concepts assumes no responsibility for determining authorizaton of trademark. All liabilities of this nature rest with the customer. Logos, designs, and trademarks shown on this website are for illustrative purposes only and are not for sale to anyone other than parties expressly authorized by the owners. Product representations on this site are examples of the type and quality of product we provide and are not intended to represent endorsement by or production for the owners of the designs.
